Duration: it would take 1 hour+ to see everything well

Registration: not needed
Format: self-guided tour, see and learn everything at your own pace,
details about the house available to read at the house,
a team member will be on hand to answer questions
Transport: Directions to the house
Bus: ETS Bus #308 goes from downtown right to the house

Cycling: The rivervalley bike trails go right by the house

Open house

Thanks to everyone who came to our open house! We had over 1400 people come through the house in one day.

Eco Solar Home Tour

Congratulations to us all and a huge thank you for all your hard work.
With your help, we’ve accomplished a colossal amount of work in a very short time. We’ve come from initial principles and sketchy concepts to an almost ready to build, true-blue (or true-green), net zero building right here in River City. We’ve had two highly successful design events that brought together a wide range of knowledge and insight from you, the members of our top-notch team. We‘ve met killer deadlines and been successful in both stages of a national competition, leapt tall buildings with a single…
Our proposal, including the charrette report, and the proposal proper with all of the spreadsheets and product spec sheets was a whopping (and embarrassing) five hundred pages, double sided of course.
